1. Returns
We accept returns only for damaged or defective products. You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order with supporting photos or videos.
2. Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund or replacement will be arranged within 7–10 working days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, special-order, or used furniture items are non-returnable unless defective upon delivery.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for eligible items based on stock availability. Delivery fees may apply for exchange pickup or re-delivery.
