3. Payments
All payments are made directly through the payment methods discussed via WhatsApp (such as cash on delivery, bank transfer, or other approved options). The website does not process any online payments.
4. Delivery Policy
- Delivery Period: Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
- Free Delivery: Available for Dubai, Ajman, and Sharjah.
- Other Emirates: Delivery charges depend on the order value and will be confirmed during the WhatsApp discussion.
5. Product Information
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen display differences or natural materials.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. Once processing or delivery has started, cancellations may not be accepted.
